Since 2018, MatchWorks and Ventia have shared a strong partnership grounded in one goal: breaking down barriers to employment for people who’ve experienced disadvantage. Together, we’ve helped open doors for individuals often excluded from the workforce restoring confidence, independence, and purpose.

More than Recruitment: A Culture of Inclusion

Ventia’s commitment to inclusive employment goes far beyond simply offering jobs. With tailored support, mentoring, regular check-ins, workplace adjustments, and inclusive communication strategies, participants feel secure and valued from day one. For many, sensory considerations and on-the-job coaching have transformed what could have been a daunting experience into a positive, confidence building journey.
