Find the right career to unleash your potential

iNDEPth has been specifically designed by and for neurodivergent individuals. Our co-design approach includes other stakeholders including employers, industry experts, education institutes and employees. Our tailored delivery model is framed through a lens of accessibility and utilising the social model of disability will support you through your discovery and progression to employment, unleashing your potential and finding the right employment opportunity to thrive.

A different employment experience

If you identify as neurodivergent and are ready to take the next step in your career, we can help you unlock your full potential and achieve your professional goals. Creative thinking, problem solving, analysis and attention to detail are common strengths of people who are neurodivergent. Yet, traditional hiring methods can overlook these qualities.

iNDEPth will highlight your strengths and help you put your best foot forward with potential employers.

What the program covers

Over four days, you will:

  • Discover your strengths and goals, and what resources and strategies you may wish to consider within a workplace
  • Discover what roles and industries compliment your strengths and passion
  • Increase your understanding of your unique profile
  • Find out how MatchWorks will support you into employment and beyond
  • Learn new ways to stay healthy in the workplace
  • Be connected to employers with jobs that match your key skills

Once successfully placed into work, we will provide one-on-one coaching and ongoing support to help you to succeed in your role.
