Am I eligible for Inclusive Employment Australia?
To be eligible for Inclusive Employment Australia Services:
- I have a diagnosed injury, illness or disability.
- I’m receiving an Income Support payment or pension.
- I’m aged between 14 and 65.
- I’m at or above the minimum working age (check the laws in your state).
- I’m an Australian resident.
- I’m not studying full-time (unless I’m an eligible school leaver).
- I’m not currently working at or above my assessed employment capacity.

Starting a new job is a big milestone, and we’re here to support you with your journey to employment. We’ll work alongside you and your employer to help you settle into your role, build confidence and achieve your employment goals. Under Inclusive Employment Australia, support is tailored to your individual needs and can be adjusted as your circumstances change.
We can help you with:
- Settling into your new workplace and role.
- Building positive relationships with your manager and colleagues.
- Developing strategies to manage personal challenges that may impact work.
- Connecting with health, training and community services.
- Accessing NDIS supports, where appropriate.
- Building your skills and confidence to support your future career goals.
The support we provide is tailored to your needs and circumstances, as well as those of your employer. Whether you need assistance in the early stages of employment or additional support down the track, we’ll work with you to identify the right solutions to help you maintain employment, overcome challenges and continue progressing in your career.
