“Supporting this vital cause is our way to give back to the local community while holding a spotlight on ways to normalise conversations about mental health,” MatchWorks General Manager, Employer Engagement, Nikki Noack said.

“Mental health and work are strongly connected so supporting people to boost their psychological well-being is a core part of our business. We all need to be well to work, and for people with mental health conditions, employment is an essential part of recovery. It’s also vital to work in environments where our health and wellbeing are valued.”

Millions of Australian lives are impacted by mental health conditions with one in six currently living with depression and/or anxiety.* The social impact of supporting and normalising discussions about mental health can mean more people can make positive contributions to their community and live safer, fairer and happier lives.
