Supporting South Australians into work
MatchWorks is proud to deliver the Industry Participation Program (IPP).
This Spotless Group initiative means South Australian employers can support local job seekers back into the workforce.
Spotless Group established IPP in 2015 to support people who needed assistance to overcome barriers to employment. This includes
- people who are long-term unemployed
- Indigenous
- mature age
- youth
- people with disability.
Re-training and employment pathways including traineeships and apprenticeships are available for job seekers through the program. Watch Craig’s story to hear how his life has changed as a result of this program.
Over 270 Spotless sub-contractors working on the Facilities Management Contract in South Australia are part of the IPP. They receive funding to help cover the costs of employing new staff.
