We understand that workplace wellbeing is closely linked to an employee’s productivity and performance. A happy, healthy employee is far more likely to reach their full potential.
MatchWorks offers free workplace wellbeing services to MatchWorks job seekers in several sites across Australia. Trained in psychology, disability or social work, our professional health and wellbeing staff are available to assist employees for up to 26 weeks post-placement.
We can also link job seekers to a range of additional community support services including specialist mental health services and housing support.
