Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability

As a division of genU, an organisation that is committed to creating and delivering innovative services and supports that empower people to reach their full potential, MatchWorks welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability.

Violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation of people with disability is something that our organisation will not tolerate.

GenU has great confidence in the planned royal commission process and we believe that calling attention to and investigating unacceptable practices in our sector will only strengthen services and systems, benefitting those who use or work in disability services.

As a sector, and as an organisation, we have nothing to hide and much to gain from this process.
