VT Group impressed with MatchWorks job seekers
VT Group Australia Director Heath Peatling has developed a relationship with MatchWorks through Business Development Consultant Jodie Hadjuk over the past two years.
Heath said the relationship has been beneficial for not only his business, but also the job seekers who often have to overcome personal barriers to ensure their ongoing success at work.

“As Melbourne is always in a grip of a trade shortage we decided to look outside the box to source new staff. For some time now we have been working with Matchworks to trial and employ potential job seekers from this employment resources company,” Heath said.
“The challenge has been patience and persistence is required as many of these job seekers come from challenged pasts, poverty or general run of bad luck. Our ability to look past these perceived issues and into the person beneath has now started to reward us with genuine, reliable employees who are now excelling within the company,” he said.
