Prestigious opportunities for MatchWorks job seekers
Prestige Inhome Care has been working with MatchWorks for more than two years and has employed over 15 job applicants including nine job seekers from the MatchWorks Disability Employment Service.
Prestige Inhome Care has supported clients to live independently in their own homes for the past 13 years and has its head office in Cheltenham and other offices in Camberwell, the Mornington Peninsula and Geelong.
MatchWorks has built a successful relationship in Geelong and has also assisted recruitment across the other offices. Prestige Inhome Care Geelong Regional Manager Sue Reyment said MatchWorks has provided the organisation with a time efficient recruiting process and suitably trained and certificated staff.
“MatchWorks do all the initial pre-screening and know exactly what we look for and what we want in an employee. MatchWorks also help us to identify staff in areas we have a client need and who are also suitable for the positions in line with our mission and values,” Sue said.
“Team members, including Chris Delamont at the East Geelong office, are always available and we have very open communication. I feel very supported. We will continue to use MatchWorks moving forward.”
