No changes to Disability Employment Service delivery across Australia

To our valued participants and employer partners,

We would like to acknowledge the recent media attention surrounding MatchWorks and our Employment Services in some regions across Australia.

Please be assured, there are no changes to MatchWorks’ Disability Employment Services (DES) nationally. DES participants including people living with disability, injury and/or a health condition(s), and related employer partners, will continue to be supported by their local MatchWorks Disability Employment team.

Other disability services delivered by our parent company, genU including Disability Support, Home Care Packages, Training and Mental Health Support will also continue.

The changes announced by the Australian Government relate to a New Employment Services Model, called Workforce Australia, which will replace the jobactive employment model as of 1 July 2022. This does not impact MatchWorks Disability Employment Services. Please visit our locations page for a full list of where MatchWorks delivers DES nationally.
