WA and QLD return to business as usual
With restriction easing in some regions, MatchWorks is pleased to be returning to business as usual in WA and QLD. Our teams are here to support you with your employment, health and wellbeing needs.
MatchWorks services in WA and QLD
As of Monday 5th July, 2021, all offices will be open for face-to-face service delivery across WA and QLD, subject to no additional Government announcements. Thank you for helping us keep our communities safe by:
- Wearing a face mask at your appointments.
- Logging your attendance via the QR code system.
Mutual obligation requirements in WA and QLD will remain on hold for job seekers until Tuesday 6 July 2021 inclusive. Please visit the Department of Education, Skills and Employment website for more information.
MatchWorks services in NSW
There are no new changes to our service delivery in NSW.
Clients can leave home to access Employment Services so our full-time sites remain open for anyone who requests a face-to-face appointment or support. Please remember to wear a face-mask.
All other appointments, including Health and Wellbeing services and training sessions, will be delivered remotely over the phone or online.
Mutual obligations remain on hold for job seekers in the hotspot declared regions of Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Wollongong until Tuesday 13 July 2021 inclusive.
