Access MatchWorks services online or over the phone

Following the latest Victorian Government announcements, our employment services across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria remain available via phone and online servicing.

Remote servicing will be available until Thursday 23 September inclusive across metropolitan Melbourne, and until further notice for our regional locations. Please contact your local office to find out the best way to connect with our services.

Our teams, including our Health and Wellbeing professionals, are available to support clients during this unsettling time. Lockdowns and restrictions can be stressful and talking to one of our dedicated Health and Wellbeing team members can help you to find ways to support your mental health. Please call your local office, or 1300 13 23 63 to arrange a time.

People in regional Western Victoria can also access 8 FREE sessions of low intensity mental health support via our parent organisation genU. To self-refer, visit genu.org.au to register [form at bottom of page]. Or reach out to the genU contact team Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 1300 558 368.

Please note, genU does not provide crisis or emergency mental health support. If you, or someone you know needs immediate support, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or call 000 in an emergency.    

Mutual obligations on hold for job seekers

Mutual obligation requirements for job seekers and participants across Victoria remain on hold until further notice.

This temporary suspension applies to job seekers in jobactive, Online Employment Services, Disability Employment Services and participants in ParentsNext. Please visit the Department of Education, Skills and Employment website for more details.
