MatchWorks is committed to the delivery of employment services and continue to stay open for all job seekers and our community. Our employment teams continue to assist clients tailored employment support in via remote servicing, or in person at your local office.

Your health and safety when accessing MatchWorks’ services remains a priority. Please be assured that the staff delivering services at offices around the country are fully vaccinated and all offices are following strict COVID-19 social distancing measures and cleaning protocols.

All face-to-face MatchWorks services on site are delivered in line with COVID-safe practices, so please help us keep our communities safe and well by:

• Wearing a face mask at your appointments (please note this will vary by State Government advice).

• Sanitising your hands upon entry.

• Logging your attendance via the QR code system.

• Rescheduling your face-to-face appointment if you’re unwell or in isolation. Or speak to your employment consultant to see if a remote appointment is possible.

Please note temperature checking may be implemented at sites in high-risk locations, please check with local staff when attending your office.

MatchWorks will continue update our servicing to adhere to local health advice in relation to any further measures advised by State Governments.
