Plenty region stars in latest MatchWorks DES results
MatchWorks DES sites in Victoria and South Australia have received positive performance results for the end of the December 2017 Star Rating period, with the Plenty region being a standout performer.
Eight MatchWorks DES sites received the maximum 5-star rating and 11 sites received a 4-star rating.
All DMS Psychiatric Disability contract sites in the Plenty region – including Preston, Greensborough and Epping – received 5-star results, as did Preston and Greensborough under the DMS All Client Types contract and ESS sites in Torquay and Morphett Vale.
Sites that followed closely behind with a 4-star result include: Brunswick and Epping (DMS All Client Types) and Broadmeadows, Flemington, Epping, Bacchus Marsh, East Geelong, Ocean Grove, Elizabeth and Noarlunga sites (ESS).
Ten MatchWorks DES sites have improved a star and 66 per cent of ESS and 90 percent of DMS sites had a percentile increase.
The Disability Employment Services Star Ratings system measures the relative success of providers in achieving outcomes for job seekers taking part in the program. Job seekers and employers can use star ratings to help them choose the right provider for them.
