Our regional NSW offices move to remote servicing

Following the latest lockdown announcements across regional NSW, our offices in this region have moved to phone and online employment servicing from Monday 16 August until Friday 10 September, inclusive.

Our teams, including our Health and Wellbeing professionals, are available to support clients during this unsettling time. Lockdowns and restrictions can be stressful and talking to one of our dedicated Health and Wellbeing team members can help you to find ways to support your mental health.

Mutual obligations on hold for job seekers

Mutual obligation requirements for job seekers and participants living in regional NSW were put on hold from Sunday 15 August and will remain in place until Tuesday 31 August 2021, inclusive.

It is relevant to job seekers in jobactive, Online Employment Services, Disability Employment Services, and participants in ParentsNext and the Community Development Program.
