MatchWorks launches Inclusive Employment Australia across six states
Today MatchWorks, a division of genU, has officially launched the Inclusive Employment Australia program, expanding its support across 212 locations in six states to make meaningful employment more accessible for people with disability and long-term health conditions.
Funded by the Department of Social Services, IEA replaces the former Disability Employment Services (DES) program, reflecting the Federal Government’s commitment to customised employment, workforce inclusion, and participant-centred support.
Together, we plan, prepare, and tailor opportunities for a job you love. MatchWorks’ experienced team supports participants through mentoring, training, work experience, wellbeing programs, and specialist support helping people prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment.
As part of genU, MatchWorks leverages a national network of community services and expertise, ensuring participants have access to holistic support and guidance across Australia.
Delivering Inclusive Employment Australia allows MatchWorks to provide customised pathways, meaningful work opportunities, and inclusive workplaces, reflecting its ongoing commitment to building genuinely inclusive communities and supporting participants’ success.
