Employer Spotlight – Ampol

Ampol has been working closely with MatchWorks to meet their recruitment needs, creating meaningful opportunities for multiple Inclusive Employment Australia participants. Throughout the recruitment process, Lake Haven Ampol manager Sue, is supportive of identifying each person’s strengths and abilities, rather than focusing on tasks they may not yet be able to do.
