Melbourne metro offices to re-open for employment support

Now that restrictions have eased across metropolitan Melbourne, all sites across the state can deliver face-to-face employment services with restricted access from Monday 1 November. Our employment teams will be able to assist clients with training and tailored employment support in person upon request, or if face-to-face servicing is compulsory.

Remote servicing will also be available for employment, health and wellbeing support. Please contact your local team to discuss the servicing options available to you.

Your health and safety remains a priority so our services will be delivered with COVID-safe practices in place as per Victorian Government guidelines. Please help us keep our communities safe and well by:

• Wearing a face mask at your appointments.
• Sanitising your hands upon entry.
• Logging your attendance via the QR code system.
• Rescheduling your appointment if you’re unwell. Or speak to your employment consultant to see if a remote appointment is possible.

All staff delivering services face-to-face will be fully vaccinated. We look forward to welcoming you back to the office.
