Job seekers feel encouraged and supported by Western Australian employer
Burmester Contracting, located in Bayswater Western Australia, has maintained a relationship with Employment Services Group (ESG) since February 2017 and has employed four job seekers.

Burmester Contracting General Manager Natalie Whiteside said ESG Fremantle has been very helpful and understanding with sourcing suitable employees and communicating throughout the process.
“We have had wage subsidies, support with procurement of tools specific to the HVAC manufacturing industry and a two-way exchange of information regarding individual support for employees,” Natalie said.
ESG job seeker Daniel was employed in March. He was experiencing long term unemployment and various mental health barriers.
“Daniel has personal problems and a history of ongoing medical issues, which means he needed support in getting back to working 38 hours a week,” Natalie said.
Joseph, another ESG job seeker, said he was happy to work with a supportive employer like Burmester Contracting.
