It’s World Mental Health Day on Sunday

This Sunday 10 October is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s theme ‘Mental health care for all: let’s make it a reality’ is as significant as ever for our community.

Our experienced Health and Wellbeing team are available for mental health support. In the spirit of inclusion, we’re sharing some of the other languages spoken by our diverse and welcoming team. In addition to English, these include Vietnamese, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Spanish, French, Italian and German.

Chat to your local MatchWorks about how we can connect you to a team member who speaks your language. Alternatively, you can request to access Health and Wellbeing support in your language with the help of an interpreter. Our team are here for you.

*Please note, our services are available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and can be accessed over the phone or via video. Some regions can also offer in person support.

To access our services (1300 13 23 63) using the National Relay Service, TTY users can phone 133 677. Speak and Listen (speech-to-speech relay) users can phone 1300 555 727. Internet relay users can visit the National Relay Service website.
