MatchWorks is committed to providing the best services possible to job seekers, employers and the community. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to submit a complaint, compliment or suggestion.
Your feedback allows us to continuously improve our services to you.
If you are happy with something we do, you can give us a compliment. If you are unhappy about something we do, you can make a complaint. MatchWorks will listen to you carefully and try to resolve the problem or concern quickly.

As soon as a complaint is received, a staff member from MatchWorks will try to resolve the problem in a prompt and respectful manner. Please refer to the MatchWorks Complaint Process outlined in the below document to learn how to lodge a complaint or compliment.
The Department of Employment and Department of Social Services monitors the way employment services are delivered for the Australian Government.
MatchWorks is required meet the standards of service and behaviour set out in the Employment Services Code of Practice and Service Guarantees, as well as meeting the Disability Service Standards.
Copies of the Code of Practice and Service Guarantees are available at any MatchWorks site or from the Department of Employment website.
Copies of the National Standards for Disability Service are available at any MatchWorks site or from the Department of Social Services website.

MatchWorks welcomes constructive feedback which can be given to one of MatchWorks staff in person, or if you would like to remain anonymous you can provide us with suggestions through the “Suggestion Box” located in Reception at your local MatchWorks office.
