Why are your offices still open?

Our services are needed now more than ever to support our local communities. That’s why our offices are still operating across Australia predominantly via phone and online services, and with extra health and safety measures in place.
We continue to closely follow the expert advice and direction from State and Federal Governments, and will remain committed to serving you for as long as we can in these uncertain times.

Only if it’s absolutely essential, should you attend your local office (and strict social distancing and hygiene practices are in place).
What health and safety measures have you put in place in your offices?
Our services are currently being delivered via phone, email or video-conference to keep our staff and clients as safe as possible.
Only if it’s absolutely necessary to have a face-to-face appointment will our staff arrange an onsite appointment.
All MatchWorks staff are implementing strict social distancing and hygiene practices in accordance with latest Government advice. Visitors to our sites must comply with these vital health and safety measures.
In addition, staff and visitors must not enter our offices if you experience any of these symptoms:

- Fever
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Shortness of breath
AND
- Travelled internationally in the 14 days before getting sick
OR
- Had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having coronavirus in the 14 days before getting sick.

What is the JobKeeper Payment and is my business eligible?

Under the JobKeeper Payment, businesses impacted by the Coronavirus will be able to access a subsidy from the Government to continue paying their employees. Affected employers will be able to claim a fortnightly payment of $1,500 per eligible employee from 30 March 2020, for a maximum period of 6 months. My business is financially distressed – what support is available?

A $130 billion JobKeeper Payment to support businesses affected by the economic impact of coronavirus has just been announced. Under the JobKeeper Payment, businesses impacted by coronavirus will be able to access a subsidy from the Government to continue paying their employees. Affected employers will be able to claim a fortnightly payment of $1,500 per eligible employee from 30 March 2020, for a maximum period of 6 months. Find out more.
