Ballarat, Geelong, Surf Coast offices move to remote servicing

Our MatchWorks offices across Ballarat, Geelong and Surf Coast have moved to remote servicing following the 7 day lockdown announcements in each region. Employment support, and health and wellbeing services are currently available over the phone and online.  

People in regional Western Victoria can also access 8 FREE sessions of low intensity mental health support via our parent organisation, genU. To self-refer, visit genu.org.au to register. Or reach out to the genU contact team Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 1300 558 368.

Mutual obligations on hold for job seekers

Mutual obligation requirements for job seekers and participants across Victoria remain on hold until Tuesday 5 October 2021.

This temporary suspension applies to job seekers in jobactive, Online Employment Services, Disability Employment Services and participants in ParentsNext. Please visit the Department of Education, Skills and Employment website for more details.
