Hospitality Career Pathways
Venue: Northern Community Church of Christ
Available Days: Monday - Friday

Tasks Include:
Participants prepare and serve meals in a small industrial kitchen and public dining area, learning all manner of hospitality, cooking cleaning and OHS skills. Training is given for Responsible Service of Food Certificate.

Venue: B2C Recyclers
Available Days: Monday - Tuesday

Tasks Include:
Participants will recycle PCs. Activities include but are not limited to assembling and disassembling PCs, testing & upgrading hardware & peripherals, removing & installing software, & testing refurbished computers. Some admin, retail and stores roles.

Venue: Various hosts – Hawthorn, Lalor, Preston, Reservoir, Diamond Creek, Northcote, Bundoora, Coburg and Broadmeadows.

Tasks Include:
Participants will work with a range of community op shops and gain valuable work experience within the retail industry, Customer service, sorting, picking and packing stock display and store person placements available.
Northcote Multiskill
Venue: Greek Welfare Centre, Northcote
Available Days: Tuesday & Wednesday

Tasks Include:
Participants will gain experience in a variety of outdoor “hands-on” roles using different hand and power tools, focusing on construction of a childcare centre, grounds maintenance and some furniture building. First Aid Cert II offered.
