Finding a job that suits your individual requirements can be a difficult task. Finding out how and where to start can often be the first obstacle. MatchWorks is here to help.

MatchWorks provide a range of services for all people who are looking for work, including people with a disability, injury or health condition. We will work with you to help you manage your disability, injury or health condition and find the right work to fit with your individual needs.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) are available to people who have a disability, injury or health condition and may need assistance to get or keep a job.

The VRS programmes focus on your abilities, and help manage the barriers you may face in finding and keeping a job. The programmes are tailored to your individual needs and will help you understand your disability, injury or health condition and the impact they may have on your employment options.

VRS programmes may include:

  • Assessment of the impact that may occur as a result of your disability, injury or health condition.
  • Vocational rehabilitation
  • Assistance with managing a disability or barrier to achieve employment
  • Vocational counseling and planning
  • Job search assistance such as resume writing and interview skills
  • Workplace assessments and modifications.

MatchWorks have links with over 4000 employers across Geelong and western Melbourne and dedicated, experienced staff who are on hand to assist and support you while you find a job that suits you.
