At MatchWorks we take the time to understand our job seeker’s career goals, we build on strengths and support our job seekers to not only find employment, but to keep it.
Our business partners are just that – partners. For us to help fill vacancies we need to understand the business requirements of all our employers. We do not believe in simply finding work for people, any work at all. This does not equate to sustainable employment and it certainly isn’t good business practice for our partners or us! We work hard to make each job seeker placement a success. We make sure that the vacancies we fill are with the right people, who have the right skills for the job.
Our specialist services for job seekers with disabilities and our success and commitment to finding sustainable employment, comes from being part of the wider Karingal family. Our services include: Job Network, Disability Employment Network, Personal Support Programme, Work for the Dole and Community Work and Vocational Rehabilitation Services.

MatchWorks profits are put back into the community through Karingal to help people with a disability through residential respite services, home-based and day programs and other community services. Additionally MatchWorks supports many community groups and events both in Geelong and western Melbourne.
