Protecting your privacy
MatchWorks is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy sets out the way we handle your personal information including the use and disclosure of your personal information, as well as your right to access the personal information we hold on you. A copy of this policy is available at your request.
All personal information we collect from you is to be used for the purposes of providing employment services to you. It may be provided to employers or other job providers in the context of providing these employment services and to DEEWR and Centrelink for administrative and monitoring services, but can only be given to other third parties where you agree or, in special circumstances, where allowed by legislation.
DEEWR may use the information we collect from you for the following uses and purposes:
- Administration of services under Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services
- Assessing your eligibility for services provided by Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services members contracted by DEEWR;
- Verification and payment to Job Serviecs Australia / Disability Employment Services members for services provided on behalf of DEEWR;
- Evaluation and monitoring of services provided by Job Services Australia / Disability Employment Services members;
- Resolve complaints made by you; and
- Inclusion of your name in surveys conducted by DEEWR or on behalf of DEEWR by contracted commercial research organisations.
Information we collect may also be disclosed to Centrelink for administrative, evaluation and monitoring purposes.
You are encouraged to help us keep your personal information accurate, complete and up-to-date by contacting us and informing us of any changes to your details.
Please be aware that 12 months after we cease to offer employment services to you, your records may be destroyed. This will be done in accordance with legislative requirements.
