Empowering people to reach their potential

MatchWorks is a community-based, non-profit organisation committed to empowering people to reach their full potential.

We are part of the genU family, and reinvest our profits back into the communities we work within to help people lead their best lives.

About our parent company, genU

genU’s mission is to help people reach their potential and achieve what they never thought they could.

They have more than 65 years’ experience delivering disability and aged care services to Victorians. genU also provides employment (MatchWorks), training (genU Training), and a range of other services that support communities across Australia.

So, when you engage with our profit-for-purpose community, you help kick-start the careers of people with disability. You also contribute to genU’s projects to build safe and accessible homes for young people with disability.
