Kommercial’s Newest Site

It’s been a long time coming but the wait has been well worth it. Douro St, Kommercial’s new site is now open for business. The new site boasts a purpose built setup that will be the envy of all Business Services. The building has a climate controlled, sound proof packaging area as well as a heavy industrial section performing major timber processing operation for Timbertruss. At present 18 Supported Employees and 3 supervisors are working at Douro St, with this number likely to increase as the sites real potential is uncovered.

Kommercial is now able to offer Supported Employees with a greater range of choice and job diversity. It is through continued diversification and career options that we will be able to meet the employment needs and aspirations of existing and future Supported Employees.

Karingal celebrates International Day of People with Disability

To coincide with the United Nation’s International Day of People with Disability on December 3, Kommercial will have an open day at its Baxter Road site in North Geelong where it provides supported employment.
