An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced IT professional to provide high quality IT support to approximately 1000 users as identified in the Helpdesk Database, across Karingal’s geographically and functionally broad and diverse organisation.
Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience and high level skills in the use and maintenance of hardware and software systems, as well as high level customer service skills are essential.
Position is based in Geelong and may involve travel across our wider circuit. A full time 6 month contract with competitive salary will be offered to the right applicant. Please see below for position description detailing scope, responsibilities and key selection criteria.
