Rod Payne

Rod Payne has been a member of the Karingal Board since November 2000 and a director at Harwood Andrews Lawyers, specialising in business law.

Cheryl Graham 
Cheryl Graham

Cheryl Graham has been a member of the Karingal Board since September 1998. Her background in human resources and psychology has brought great depth to Karingal board.

Marilyn Blakey 
Marilyn Blakey

Marilyn Blakey commenced on the Karingal Board in October 2002, after a long career in home and aged care, including a position in senior management with the Geelong City Council.

Allan Freeman 

Allan Freeman 
Allan Freeman's many years financial Controller with pack Trainers P/L means he is well placed in his role as Karingal Board treasurer. Allan has been a member of the Karingal Board since August 1995.

Tony Ficca 

Tony Ficca
Tony Ficca was appointed to the Karingal Board in May 2006.  Tony is the Director of Finance at St John of God Hospital and formerly the Executive Manager Finance and Company Secretary at GMHBA.

David McArthur

David McArthur
David McArthur is Karingal's longest serving board member, first joining in 1980.  David is the Design Coordinator with the City of Greater Geelong.

John McCall 
John McCall

John McCall has served on the Karingal Board since May 2001. John has held senior overseas and domestic positions in the mining, trading and airline industries.

Vincent Mammoliti

Vincent Mammoliti
Vincent Mammoliti commenced on the Karingal Board in October 2005. He has a lifelong disability and is a member of the Committee of Management of the Geelong Amateur Football & Netball Club. Vince also works at various major nightclubs as a DJ.

Mark Seller 

Mark Seller
Mark Seller joined the Karingal Board in February 2003. He is the Chair of the Geelong Chaplaincy Group and has worked as director of volunteer organisations, as well as being an Executive in the oil and gas industry.

Peter Colman
Peter Colman was coopted to the Karingal Board in April 2008 to utilize his high level financial and business acumen skills and experience in the energy industry in Australia and Europe and the mining industry in Australia. Peter is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Liquide Nuigini Gas Australia Pty Ltd.

Daryl Starkey
Daryl Starkey

Daryl Starkey has been the CEO of Karingal for six years commencing in August 2000. His previous positions were as Operations Manager with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service and from 1993 to 1999 CEO of Ambulance Service Victoria – South Western Region and prior to that CEO of Wakefield Private Hospital in Adelaide.

General Manager - Karingal Community Living


Robyn Bradshaw
Robyn Bradshaw

Robyn has been with Karingal for six years and General Manager, Karingal Community Living since 2003. Robyn has worked in the disability field throughout her career, in disability nursing and management roles in residential facilities and then with the Department of Human Services as Manager Regional Community Accommodation and Support Services as well as Family and Community Services.

General Manager - MatchWorks: Job Network, Personal Support Program and Work for the Dole

Michael Wasley

Michael Wasley

Michael has been with Karingal for twelve years. His first appointment was with SupportWorks (now operating as MatchWorks DEN) as Employment Trainer and Employment Consultant and he then moved across to MatchWorks in 1998. Michael was appointed to the role of General Manager at MatchWorks in February 2008, after five years as the Regional Manager with responsibilities in Melbourne and Geelong.

Karen Rainbow
Karen Rainbow

Karen has been with Karingal for 12 years and in her current role since March 2003. Previous to this position Karen worked in the role of Operations Manager for MatchWorks.

Julie Graham
Julie Graham

Julie has been with Karingal for almost ten years. Her first appointment was with SupportWorks (now operating as MatchWorks DEN) as Employment Trainer and Employment Consultant and she then moved across to MatchWorks at the start of Job Network in 1998. Julie has held the position of General Manager from 2002 to 2007 until her appointment of General Manager Corporate Services in late 2007.

Jeff Gibbons
Jeff Gibbons

Jeff has been with Karingal for 19 years and in his current role since February 2003. He has been closely associated with the development of Mollers Lane Plant Farm and Industries since joining Karingal in 1986, where he held a number of management positions.
