This site has been built with accessibility in mind, and implements the following accessibility features.

Access Keys

Most web browserswill allow you to directly jump to a particular page on a website by using a keyboard shortcut. 
On a Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key; on Windows, you can press ALT + an access key (you may have to press the Enter key as well). Every page defines the following access keys:

Standards compliance

1. All pages validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict and use structured semantic markup according to W3C standards.
2. All pages are styled using valid CSS2.

Links

1. Many links throughout this website include exaplanation titles to further describe what content the linked page will feature. Hold your mouse over this link for an example link title.
2. JavaScript psuedo links are not used on this website. All links can be visited even when scripting is turned off.
3. All hyperlinks that target a page within this site will be opened within a new window. Any links to external websites will open in a new window. You will receive a warning if a link opens in a new window. This is an external link.

Visual Design

This site uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for visual layout. If your browser does not support CSS, or you have disabled it, this site will still be accessible. If you do not have CSS turned off, and you are having trouble reading any text on this website, we would suggest disabling CSS within your browser.
